Refund policy

All sales are final. We can not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges unless you received the wrong item or your purchase was damaged in shipping.

If your purchase arrived damaged, or your received the wrong order, please:

  • take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in.
  • Contact Texine (shipping@joyhallart.com), attaching the photos along with your order number.

We will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them to your shipping address.
